The Story Behind the Name "Harvest & Wealth Consultancy"

At Harvest and Wealth, we are driven by one simple yet powerful belief: People Matter. This guiding principle shapes our mission to help organizations achieve greatness through leadership development, employee retention, and cultivating a thriving work culture. By investing in their greatest asset—their people—companies can unlock organic growth and long-term success.

The idea for Harvest and Wealth was born in September 2024, during a heartfelt conversation between my wife and me at a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Damen. At the time, I had just sold my shares in a company I co-founded in 2022, closing a 27-year chapter in an industry I knew intimately. We envisioned creating something different—something lasting. Instead of focusing on year-to-year solutions, we wanted to leverage our experience and passion to help people grow, creating an enduring impact on companies and their teams.

Over the years, I’ve seen how different leaders approach managing their teams—some inspire and build, while others inadvertently tear down. Inspired by Jim Collins’ book Good to Great, we firmly believe that a company’s transformation begins with its people. After all, People Matter. Our goal is to help companies transition from being good to becoming great by nurturing their workforce into high performers who lead balanced and fulfilling lives.
